If you want, you may burn the file onto one DVD and play it on your televisions, or take the DVD to your buddy's house and watch it on his TV.
4. You recognize that although you purchased a video file and can burn it onto a DVD, the content of that file -- the movie itself -- remains the intellectual, copyrighted property of Ixat Corp. of Nevada, USA.
In other words: The producer (Ixat Corp.) owns the rights to the content of the video file. You are simply the user of that video file, and you acknowledge that fact.
5. The terms of this License FORBID you to do the following:
a. Sell, trade or give away (for free) copies of this movie via DVD or any other means.b. Exhibit this movie in exchange for money or any other compensation.c. Exhibit this movie to any person under the age of 18d. Modify the video file in any way whatsoever.e. Create derivative works.f. Offer it to others for free or for compensation over the Internet.g. Extract video clips or individual video frames from this movie for any purpose whatsoever.h. Leave the video in the possession of, or make a copy of the video for, some other person for the purpose of violating the terms of this License.
6. If we discover that you have violated the terms of this License, you agree to pay the sum of USD $10,000 for each violation count to Ixat Corp. of Nevada, USA, within 30 days of the discovery of your License violation. If we find it necessary to pursue you in a court of law, you agree to pay all Ixat Corp.'s costs associated with the legal case against you, including the cost of investigation, travel expenses, attorneyfees and court fees.
In other words: If you try to act as though you own the content of the movie -- which you did not produce and do not own (see #4 above) -- we will make you pay for it. If you show it to anyone under the age of 18, we will make you pay the price and we may also call the cops for your arrest and prosecution.
7. You will defend, indemnify and hold Ixat Corp. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any lawsuits, claims, costs, damages, expenses, and liability arising out of your use of the video file you have downloaded.
8. The U.S. export control laws regulate the export and re-export of technology originating in the United States. This includes the electronic transmission of information and software to foreign countries and to certain foreign nationals. You agree to abide by these laws and their regulations -- including (but not limited to) the Export Administration Act and the Arms Export Control Act. You further agree not to transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any content derived from this website to either a foreign national or a foreign destination in violation of such laws.
